Unions
Negotiations

The Firm has over 100 combined years of experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements with unions and/or employee associations. This experience includes both initial agreements, as well as renewal agreements and bargaining for a single employer and multi-employer bargaining. The process of negotiations presents employers with many risks and challenges, as well as many opportunities. Employers often overlook the fact that negotiations are two-way streets and that much can be gained from successful negotiations.

Our experience assists employers in many ways. We are experienced in both counseling employers on the skills of successful negotiations and in acting as the chief spokesperson in the actual meetings. Much of our success has been attributed to proper preparation for the negotiations, and the work must begin long before the actual meetings start.
