Lori received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1991, and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988. After graduating from law school, Lori returned to Los Angeles and began her practice in the Litigation Department of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. In 1993, she joined the Litigation Department of Hill Wynne Troop and Meisinger. Over the next nine years (which included two firm name changes and a department move to Howrey Simon Arnold & White), Lori practiced commercial litigation. Lori’s experience includes representing corporate clients in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters. Her litigation experience in state and federal courts includes trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Lori has handled numerous class-action lawsuits on behalf of employers, and has represented clients in NLRB proceedings. Lori has argued before the California Court of Appeals.
